WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO?

 

This personal data protection policy applies to LA BOUTIQUE DES MANUFACTURES for the WWW.VETRA.FR website. The information collected is then subject to computer processing made necessary to respond to requests made via our contact form.

This Policy does not apply to third party websites, including those that may be mentioned on our media through a web link.

3: DATA STORAGE



The data collected on the WWW.VETRA.fr site are kept for a maximum of 12 months for anonymous contacts, after the last activity on the website by the person. On the other hand, for identified contacts, the data collected on the WWW.VETRA.COM site is kept for a maximum of 36 months. At the end of these periods, all data relating to the person is deleted.

 

4: RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS (ART.16 TO 20 OF THE RGPD)



In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, all persons may exercise their right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion and portability of data concerning them by sending a request by mail signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document to the address of the headquarters of WWW.VETRA.FR

The data collected on the site WWW.VETRA.FR and the associated treatments, are hosted by the company OVH. Only the persons linked to the technical, marketing and sales department of LA BOUTIQUE DES MANUFACTURES and its subcontractors in certain cases, have access to the information collected on the WWW.VETRA.FR site

 

Personal data is kept securely and only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. The company LA BOUTIQUE DES MANUFACTURES takes the appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration or loss of your data or any unauthorized access to them.

 

In some cases, and mainly for technical reasons, these databases may be stored on servers located outside the country (including outside the European Union) from which you initially entered the data.

6: DATA BREACH AND COMMUNICATION WITHIN 72 HOURS (ART. 33 AND ART. 34 OF THE GDPR)



In the event of a breach or suspected breach of personal data, THE MANUFACTURERS' SHOP and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after becoming aware of it.
