Ordering means commitment between you and la Boutique des Manufactures through on-line shopping on vetra.fr website. Forms regarding your personal data and delivery address must be filled out with relevant information to ease ordering process and smooth delivery. While every effort is made to ensure that stock levels displayed on the website are correct, we may send you an email to advice that an item is no longer in stock and whether it can be replenished within a given schedule or cannot. Under this circumstance of final shortage, immediate refund will be sent to your credit card. Pictures of products on the website have been made with high definition to give the most realistic illustration of colors. Moreover, care guide on products webpage are informative, only care guide tags on products are mandatory. All garments, unless otherwise noted, are made in France.
2. PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in euro currency and inclusive of French VAT at the current rate. Shipping fees are based on package weight and delivery address and are due when ordering. Payments are exclusively managed by PAYPAL through their highly-secured solution, not by la Boutique des Manufactures, thus any problem regarding payments must be reported to PAYPAL only.
If the customer enters a delivery address located outside the area of delivery, LA BOUTIQUE DES MANUFACTURES, when redeeming, reserves the right to deduct the PAYPAL fees from the refund.
In case of delivery outside the EU, the prices will be invoiced French VAT free. Nonetheless, the local VAT and the possible customs tariff due at the delivery will be at the customer's sole expenses. If the parcel is returned following the non-payement of VAT & tariff, la Boutique des Manufactures reserves the right to keep the shipping fees when redeeming the order.
La Boutique des Manufactures retails only Vétra garments in certain countries listed in the “delivery” section. The parcels will be shipped through LA POSTE solution Colissimo. Customers are highly recommended to check the shipment course on the website http://www.colissimo.fr/portail_colissimo/suivre.do?language=en_GB Shipping will take 48 hours to 96 hours in average (excepted if the order happens during public Holidays). Any delay will not allow our fellow customers to refuse the delivery. If : partial / wrong personal information filled during the order entails the failure of the delivery or if customers do not pick up the parcel in due time, customers will have to pay anew for the delivery. Customers are also highly recommended to provide a telephone number to ease the delivery. Customers are strongly demanded to check up their package before delivery acceptance and report it in case of damage directly on the delivery slip.

4. AFTER SALE
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days as from the package has been delivered, to return all or part of their order after & contact the website management through the form. In accordance with your request an exchange, or reimbursement, will be made providing that the item has not been worn and is returned with its labels and in its original packaging. Shipping of the item(s) are on the customer’s own expenses. They are reimbursed in the event of the return of defective or incomplete item(s).
In case of return from a country outside the EU, la Boutique des Manufactures reserves the right to refuse the returned parcel and the redemption if the customer does not tickle the box "return of good" on the customs declaration (CN23) handled by one's carrier.
